What is systemic coaching?

Systemic coaching is an approach that views the individual not in isolation, but as part of a larger system, such as their team, family, or organization. In systemic coaching, we assume that all these elements are interconnected and influence one another. In my coaching sessions, I always take into account the context in which the coachee operates.
